What We Treat

We offer personalized care for a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and PTSD. Our team also provides support for life transitions, stress management, mood disorders, and more—always with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your unique needs.

Our Rates

Psychiatric Evaluation

60 minutes | $350

Whether online or in-person, your initial psychiatric evaluation is a chance for us to understand your full story—your history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. During this 60-minute session, we take a compassionate and thorough approach to assess your needs and develop a personalized care plan that supports your mental wellness journey.

Follow-up Appointment

30 minutes | $175

Follow-up appointments are an important part of your care. Whether online or in-person, these 30-minute sessions give us time to check in on your progress, discuss how you're feeling, and make any adjustments needed to support your treatment goals. We’ll work together to ensure your care plan continues to meet your evolving needs.

Psychotherapy

50 minutes | $150

Psychotherapy sessions provide a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. In these 50-minute appointments, we focus on helping you build insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and work through challenges at your own pace. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or simply seeking support, therapy is tailored to your unique journey toward healing and growth.

We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, we’re happy to provide a superbill upon request that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
